In case of withdrawal, the deposit is refunded to the extent of 80% only if communication is sent via E-Mail or Fax, and arrives at least 20 days prior to arrival, failing which the amount will be fully retained. In case of early departure, subject to the possibility of a different agreement, the Management reserves the right to require payment of the full amount, without recognizing the right to a refund.
